Hotel Review This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip! Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued. Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Just for the amazing service from the front desk staff, it deserves a perfect score!

The TV needs to be replaced. It's broken. The room feels cold even without heating. I thought it was a big brand, newly opened, with a good environment, but the result was unexpected. The parking lot also charges a fee. There is no parking ticket. You have to pay to enter and exit directly. I paid the parking fee and left.

Cui Ran said it was a newly opened hotel, but the facilities were old and the hot water was not very good. The cleanliness was also average, and the front desk service was poor and they didn't greet me, which was awkward. I originally planned to stay for two days, but on the second day I changed hotels and stayed at the Park Inn across the street.

我們連續住了3天套房，之前看到攜程上有免費接機，我聯繫酒店説沒有。然後我聯繫攜程，對接之後，酒店前台經理同意接機，但是因為沒有提前一天預約，車開出去了，沒辦法接，承諾送機一次。我們也同意。第三天早晨我們7點多的飛機，約定早晨5點40送機，結果司機睡過頭了，我們自己打車走的。聯繫了攜程和前台經理，確實給報銷了打車費，態度也挺好，但是這個服務水平真是不敢恭維。住了這麼多次酒店，頭一次遇到這種情況。我們住了三天，實付1345元，這個價格在5月中旬非節假日在喀什不算低了，服務完全跟不上。另外，套房可住四個人，衹有一張房卡，家人吃完飯先上樓了，我們吃完飯再讓服務人員幫着刷卡，餐廳服務員都沒有！

超預期，前台服務好，剛坐下前台就開始端茶遞水，接了個電話，回來又倒上了，房間加濕器沒水了，不知道怎麼弄，前台上來幫我，整體推進，🤔我們這種經常出差的可以適合，早上還有叫醒服務

這賈真不錯，整體體驗超棒！酒店環境安靜雅緻，衞生做得很到位，房間寬敞明亮，洗漱用品齊全，床軟硬適中睡得很安穩。工作人員態度温和貼心，服務細緻，位置好找，出行便利，性價比絕了，強烈推薦！
