Well located within walking distance to the port, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff is really nice and friendly. Breakfast was basic but still good. Only down side is parking which you have to find on the narrow streets, which is not always easy, but I think it’s the same problem with all the hotels in that area. Still, I recommend this place.

Отель понравился. Приятный номер, приятный балкон, на котором можно посушить вещи. От автовокзала дошли пешком, но будьте готовы, что чемоданы тащить в горку) Самое крутое - это, конечно, вид с террасы, на которой подается завтрак!) Он великолепен! Сами завтраки тоже хорошие)

Всё было прекрасно в этом отеле, только запах канализации немного смутил на 1м этаже.

The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Town.like a lot of Hotels in the town it's up a hill. The check in and reception was quick and pleasant. Our room had a great sea view.The room was clean and was a reasonable size.The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. The breakfast was Turkish and you could ask for fried eggs or omelette etc .The coffee machine was a tad slow. The staff were all very helpful and always smiling. The pool area was clean as was the pool itself which was quiet most of the day. The Hotel dog was lovely and was no bother at all. If we ever came through here again we would definitely stop here.

This hotel was simply amazing! The room was spotlessly clean and we got the high floor room with sea view we asked for. And what a view it was! We had walked up the big hill before we checked in and were given a complimentary bottle of water by one of the guys on reception as we were obviously hot. The breakfast was basic but had everything we needed including some Turkish dishes we had never heard of which were gorgeous. The spicy rosemary potatoes were especially gorgeous. The breakfast room is at the tip of the hotel with stunning views. Although there is no bar service at night you can purchase cold beers from reception at a great price and take them to the roof top to watch the sunset. The location is great. Really close to everything. The staff are kind to animals too which for me shows what sort of people they are! We are already considering booking for next year 😊

Beautiful and clean, modern with elevator. Great staff and 24/7 manned desk. Lovely clean pool. Excellent views from terrace for breakfast and from front room hotel balconies. The beds are only double which is a disappointment, however, the rooms could not accommodation queen size beds. The double rooms aren't big but the idea is to get out and about and enjoy the beaches and what Kas has to offfer. Breakfast choice is good.

Great location near to beaches and City Center. Amazing staff, english speaking humble and helpful. Will give you bottle of water when you arrive let you know about all the locations nearby and help you with all your questions. Before we could arrive we had a lot of questions manager called Ika great guy, helped us throughout on how to reach, all of them were answered nicely and we had no issues at all. Card access, Great rooms very clean and has balcony with sea view. Looks exactly like the pictures. Rooms are cleaned very day with fresh towels, breakfast at the terrace with amazing view. Overall excellent stay zero complaints. Loved staying here. Would visit again.

Booked the hotel based on the positive comments but it wasn't a great experience for us. We stayed in one of the 1 bed apartments just opposite the hotel. The positives - fantastic view from balcony, great kitchen area, comfy bed and central. The negatives - apartment needed a good clean - soles of our feet turned brown from the grubby floor, toothbrush holder was filthy, furniture and fittings were broken, bedroom window wouldn't open, patio door couldnt be locked (key also broken). Previous guests plastic bottles discarded on kitchen shelves. . It was 5 days before we saw a cleaner - always coming tomorrow but never arriving.. When paying for the accommodation, the receptionist insisted that my card would only transact in £ rather than TL which is not the case and resulted in us paying more for the room. This was the worst hotel apartment we have ever stayed in.

A very warm welcome with information about Kas was given on arrival. English speaking staff were available and reception was manned 24/7. The sea view room with balcony was absolutely beautiful. Breakfasts on the terrace excellent. It's an uphill walk but most of Kas is hilly. Taxis can be caught from downtown Kas to bring you back at a fixed cost. Worth it if you are tired (going downhill is easier). Reception will call taxis for you if you want from the hotel and they also have transfer options if you require such. The swimming pool was lovely. If the wall was just slightly higher on the street front it would feel more private but I would stay hear again in a heart beat and hope to be able to do so.

Overall this is a decent hotel. However do not accept a first floor room at the back of the hotel as your view will be of a high and very close brick wall. Coupled with this you'll have a view of all the hotels washing hanging directly below your balcony.Choose a room at the front of the hotel on floors 2 or 3 and you're have wonderful views out to the sea.

Budget hotel. Excellent customer service. Ample breakfast variety. Rooftop view. 10 minutes walk to Marina. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk up the hill to get to this hotel. Other than that everything is fine. Nearest store is 3 minutes walk. I’d recommend it if you are looking for a budget place to stay

Didn't have much time indoors. Arrived late on March 21 and left early morning. hotel is clean, well maintained, on a quiet street and has a nice view. some pictures attached. Breakfast is basic, don't expect much but well balanced. Staff was nice but the guy at the reception didn't speak any English. He used Google translate to communicate with us. Again, problem with the beds in the room but finally got a room with 2 separate beds. Easy to get down to the old town and the tourist area, 10 minutes straight down.
