Karuizawa Prince Hotel East

This time I went to Qingjingze with my friends. The travel agency recommended this hotel as the most convenient. It’s also very close to OUUTLET if you want to go shopping. You can also take a bath in the hotel. Next time I will bring my husband with me.

The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.

Service at the hotel was excellent and made the difference. On more than one occasion, hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and our needs were timely met, e.g. in terms of making transport arrangements for me and family (with young kids) to get around the resort. The hotel is also strategically located near to a massive shopping plaza, ski resort, as well as Karuizawa train station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in a very homely environment. Kudos to all the staff who have made this experience a memorable one!
Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel

Repeated but lowered evaluation. Last time I raised it as a problem, but I didn't see improvement in the PVC (Prince Vacation Club) priority stance, so I down from evaluation 4 to 3. Evaluation that ”3” may also visit. This hotel was highly valued for valuable hotels around Karuizawa, which can be relaxed on the balcony, but the PVC priority in the restaurant again and the attitude of the hotel guest inferiority is in the hotel staff and the uncomfortable feeling I couldn't forbid it, so I started looking for other hotels. (I told several staff about the problem, but it was not shared by other staff at all, and this is the hotel policy, and it seems that it is daring to do it) Personally, Prince Hotel is used at high frequency It is already a feeling that it is already a feeling that it is responded to such a feeling of discrimination. If you maintain the current policy on the stance to hotel guests, it is better to become a PVC specialty hotel (although others have pointed out)? The restaurant also has a low quality of food for the price and the impression that the meal ratio is too much. There was a case of 々, and the personal evaluation dramatically worsened. It is lonely that the hotel that I liked changed.
The Prince Villa Karuizawa

There are three rooms in the two-story villa, one of which has four beds and the other two beds. Each room has a bathtub. The open-air hot spring in the room is very small and can only accommodate one person, but the bathroom has a large jacuzzi and a TV. The vacation is really great. The ski resort is very close, and you can play at the age of three. Aolai has a few big names that are still expensive. The sukiyaki pot and teppanyaki in the hotel are great. If you bring children, it is more suitable than Hoshino, and Hoshino Hot Spring can not go. The hot spring in the hotel is already very good. There is a big supermarket, Delice, which is 15 minutes by taxi. You can buy things and cook in the room. The cooking in the room is very convenient. The waiter can wash the dishes. It is perfect.
