The room was really dirty, hair in the coffee cups, dust everywhere, dead insects, even a dried dead gecko, which means that it laid there for a while. The coffee cups are cleaned with a cloth because the sugar is still on the tea spoons and cups. Breakfast is cold. The beach is also dirty and you cannot swim there. People are very friendly and location is nearby the port.

For the price (the most expensive hotel we booked in Java), we expected better. In the end, the hotel was okay, but nothing extraordinary, and it wasn't the promised paradise. The staff was very helpful, a positive aspect of the hotel. On the other hand, the hotel showcases its pool and beach in photos, but the former isn't well maintained. It's quite dirty, with mud at the bottom and dead leaves on the surface. It wasn't very inviting. While there is access to the sea, it's more of a slightly raised terrace than a beach on which to lay your towel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the pier, with its own beach, and you can go up the mountain to see the scenery opposite. The hotel's restaurant is good, because it is difficult to find a suitable restaurant on the island, so we often eat at the hotel. The lobby service is very thoughtful, especially Miss Eni, who is very patient. She responded to every request and made our trip very happy.
