"Great place for a night stay. The room has its own massage chair and the view of the river makes you feel calm and relax. The public bath open till 10.30 pm so you can enjoy a hot bath after dinner. For those who drives, it is free parking. Only downside the mattress is very soft and the pillow is kinda shallow."

"There's not much to do in Karatsu, so don't come here if you can. This hotel is pretty good, except that it's a bit awkward to get in early. It's clean and hygienic and you can smoke. The price is not expensive either. The station is about 700 meters away and is quite close. There isn't much to eat around. Can't compare with big cities, worse than Saga"

"It was a very clean and comfortable night. The front desk staff was perfect when we checked in, but there was no ”thank you” when we checked out. Also, when processing with headquarters and the owner, there seemed to be some language differences and problems with communication. The facilities were perfect, so if they could improve their response measures in case of trouble, we can expect further growth. We wish your company continued success."
