Its my second time here, and its never be disapointed experince, Shaza at Front desk very helpfull, sinta the sales manager also very fast respond. I ordered extra hot chiken soup (because i felt a bit cold and sore throat) and they accomodated amazingly couldn’t , let see what another will i experince.😍 maybe if you guys could give a digital map, send to whatsapp that would be amazing, a bit lost when i find my room. Hehehe

Luamayaann. But, checking at 2 pm, ordered a deluxe with 1 bed and said it was full .. there is one on the 3rd, even though it is weekday and there are not too many residents. There is no elevator. In the evening, I looked at the other room and it turned out that the deluxe downstairs was still empty. So sad
