Grand Hi-Lai Hotel

This is honestly one of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hospitality, and service is top-notch, absolute world class. I will visit Kaohsiung again in the future just to stay in this hotel again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Grant Hi-Lai Hotel. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of local markets, Central Park, and a major subway station. The hotel’s connection to a large shopping center is a big advantage, with a nice food court and a variety of popular brands. The staff are very friendly and always helpful, making guests feel at home. It was a wonderful experience for us.

The hotel services are not 5 star levels and the lobby is a bit small. We liked the location and the building was mainly for commercial places. Th facilities are a bit old and the swimming pool required the swimming cap so we didn't use there.

Excellent view, room was large and comfortable and location is good. Yes as others have pointed out rooms are a bit dated since it's a hotel with some history, however the price is excellent compared to others.

I stayed with Grand Han Lai Hotel more than 20 years ago, I will not hesitate to tell you that this five star hotel live up to its name by well kept rooms, silky touch customer mer services, worth every penny paid. Highly recommended

We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room.

A truly incredible hotel with amazing service. Their concierge is extremely helpful and helped me out plenty of times during my stay.
