Royal Group Hotel Ming Hua Branch

There's free parking, and plenty of other parking lots nearby, which is super convenient. Plus, you can walk to the night market, which is a big bonus. I stayed for three days and found the area very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Kaohsiung.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub. The air conditioning was powerful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Plus, the coffee machine, popcorn, and ice cream were available 24/7.

The front desk service at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. The staff were incredibly rude and arrogant. No matter what I asked, the only response I got was 'company policy,' with absolutely no understanding or flexibility. I will never stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels out there, and I don't need to pay to be treated so poorly. The breakfast buffet had very few options, not even a simple hard-boiled egg. After eating breakfast on the first day, I got terribly sick! Absolutely a terrible review. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place!

Great location, about a 15-minute walk to the Dome MRT station. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were polite, and the hot water supply was excellent—no sudden temperature changes. The only minor drawback was the hairdryer; it was a weaker model and took a long time to dry my hair.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near Kaohsiung Arena and Ruifeng Night Market, both easily reachable on foot. The rooms are quite spacious for Kaohsiung, and both the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. Just a heads-up, the check-in time is a bit late.
