All the associates were amazing! The front desk associates were so friendly, professional and and helpful. Mitch the mixologist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things for children to do.

Pros: Great hotel very , great location to downtown,the restaurant has good food,staff is very professional. Taja Smith checked me in to my room,she was very professional and made me feel right at home. Cons: Because your downtown, they charge alot of hidden fees which adds approx 22% more to your hotel bill,( tourism tax,lodging tax,arena fee's and energy tax. And on top of that they charge you 25.00 to park. I was in town for 20 days, but because of the all of the fee's, i checked out after 2 days and moved to a different Holiday inn.

My friends and I traveled to KC for a weekend get away, and the hotel didn’t disappoint! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Great breakfast and a full service bar. I’ll definitely be staying here again if I go on another KC trip excursion.
