Cleanliness is a "four out of five"—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.
