Hotel Sagarmatha

Wonderful Experience in the hotel. We stayed at room no 208. Location was very good. All staff were very nice in behaviour. Kitchen food was delicious and good in price. Balcony Mountain View was also best

Property had a good view, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall it was a good & Happy stay.

Its more of a guest house then a hotel. Rooms are small with basic amenities. Washroom are terrible as tgey have water logging issue and no ventilation or exaust fan. Toiletries are very bad quality so bring your own. Telivision was also not working. Its bit far from landing site and not advisable to go out in the late evening or in the night by foot. Owner doesn't believe in hospitality and was very rude. Hotel staff although very nice and they are mostly locally hired so don't expect very much professional hospitality from them. But they are nice people. There is a white board at reception with lots of rules and do and donts which is very childish. And yes they charge 1000 per hour on late check out.

The manager is good and knows how to resolve issues, but keep in mind what you order and be specific. Overall the stay was good and food is amazing
