From the very moment I arrived at the ********** Click Abode Collection, I felt an immediate sense of peace wash over me. Tucked away beautifully in the mountains, this place is so much more than just a hotel; it is a true sanctuary for the soul, and an absolute haven for anyone traveling on their own. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe, respected, and at ease in my environment is my absolute highest priority. This property exceeded every expectation. The ambiance is incredibly calm and grounded, and the security and layout of the property felt entirely secure. The property itself beautifully balances a premium aesthetic with the raw, free-spirited energy of the hills. My room offered breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range, making it the perfect spot for quiet morning meditations, journaling, and listening to the whispers of the wind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the warmth of the staff. The hospitality here feels genuinely attentive and heart-centered, rather than just transactional. The team went completely out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable, looked after, and welcome at all times. The rooftop terrace is also a gorgeous, peaceful spot to enjoy an incredible meal while soaking in the panoramic mountain views. If you are a solo female traveler looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and experience genuine Himalayan warmth in a safe environment, this is exactly where you need to be. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, safe, and deeply inspired. I cannot recommend them enough! My special thanks to Manager Nikhil ji, reception staff Pankaj ji, cab driver Sher Singh ji, and restaurant staff Vijay ji; all of them were absolutely humble, gentle, and welcoming.

It entailed me walking nearly a kilometer and then some more. I was lucky that public transport left me on the highway. Ideally, you need a car to drive up to the property, but you can walk. The entire street leading up to the hotel is well lit, and there are houses and activity at least until 9:30 pm for you to be walking up to the hotel. I found the staff to be super courteous and super well behaved. At the breakfast buffet, for which I paid extra, the staff behavior is very, very professional, and they take personal care and even serve you at the table itself. It would have been smarter for me to have incorporated the buffet price while paying for the room, but I didn't do so. I ordered a pizza for dinner in the night, and I had asked for it to not have any tube cheese or any so-called mayonnaise. It was discussed, and the pizza showed up with Amul mozzarella. It was a little bit on the smaller size, but it had pure ingredients. The hotel room was so clean that I was able to quickly relax, but there was no soap in the bathroom. The filler was empty, but there was shampoo. The room was spacious, and there was a place for your study, which allowed me to spend some time with myself and my thoughts. All in all, a perfect investment so long as you are willing to walk if you are not driving. What I didn't like at the hotel was, as with any Indian location, hordes of Indian men. In this case, they were from out of state, and they were having a party, but the hotel is large enough for you to not see them or hear them unless you are on the street outside.

The check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed here during the 5th Test at HPCA, ********** when Jimmy Anderson picked up his 700th Test Wicket. The hotel is about a 45 minute walk from the stadium or a 10 minute taxi ridge which is best organised through the hotel. The views from the hotel are quite stunning with snow capped mountains in the background and ********** in the middle ground. Staff in the restaurant, bar and reception were first class. Plentiful supplies of free bottled water and nothing was too much trouble. Staff all engaged and smiled, the food quality was first class and varied. The hotel is outside of ********** so away from the hustle and greater activity in the town. That suited our needs and we did not feel isolated. This would be a great base for wider exploration of the area (Mcleodganj, Truind, etc) and all can be arranged via the hotel. Rooms were clean, well appointed, most with balconies providing fantastic views into the mountains. The roof top area is a great place for an early evening drink under the setting sun with the pinkish hue bouncing off the mountains in the distance. we loved our stay and on reflection, wish we had arrived and spent an extra day in ********** rather than the extra day in Delhi
