The staff were friendly and gave us lots of tips for sightseeing. There's a pool too, and it was great value for money.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Even though it's on the main street, it's surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious with views of both the mountains and the city. There's no breakfast, but a fridge is provided, so you can buy milk, eggs, bread, etc., to make your own. You can walk to the Temple of the Tooth or take a tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; they even helped us book a ride-sharing car at a good price.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. There is a rooftop resturant and pool we enjoyed. There is a refillable water area. The location was close and walkable to surrounding sites and restaurants.

The location is excellent. It's a 5-7 minute drive/tuk-tuk ride to the Buddha statue and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. The room isn't large, but the beds are great and the towels are soft. The pool and restaurant are on the 7th floor. The food isn't bad – they serve tasty meals. There's parking available for a couple of cars.

Hotel runs on a conscious budget as they do not supply basic amentities to guest. There are no tooth brushes, bedroom slippers, floor mats and bottled water. I noticed hotels in Sri Lanka do not stock the room with these items unless Guest ask for it. This is lacking in good hospitality. My room TV was not working. Location is okay and near to the city centre.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers good value for the price. It appears to have been recently renovated. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional; they kindly assisted me with ticket booking and provided useful local information. Room cleanliness was better than average. The hotel also offers on-site laundry services at reasonable rates, which was very convenient. The only downside is that there is no elevator from the lobby to the first floor, so I had to carry my luggage up one floor before accessing the elevator to my room.
