Very low value for money. The WiFi is broken and the noise is huge. You can hear people talking in the rooms above and below you. The traffic noise and bird noise from the street are also huge. The paper towels in the room smell like mold.

The only thing is the location, in the ancient city. But the hygiene is very poor, and the entire corridor and rooms are filled with the smell of oil smoke because of the hotel below. Not recommended at all!

The location is close to the center, the Temple of the Tooth, supermarkets, banks, and the bus terminal, making it easy to sightsee.

We came for the early morning “Kiri Ahara Pujawa” at Dalada Maligawa and stayed at Kandy City Hotel for one night. They prepared Kiri Ahara for us early in the morning, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a superb location in the middle of the city, within walking distance of all the attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kandy City Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kandy with easy access to shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Great value for money I would definitely recommend it.

Its in the heart of the Candy City and Mr. Rashmika was a great guy and he really took great care of my family. Rooms are slightly small but no complaints aand Nice food as well. All together great experience!

We visited Kandy City Hotel for lunch with friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lamprais, which was flavorful and perfectly prepared. We also enjoyed the rice and curry, which were superb and satisfying. The staff were very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that we would highly recommend!
