We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located near the center of the town within walking distance of the mall. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.

早餐品種較少，也能吃飽。房間還不錯，夠大。就是床上用品有點舊了，而且沒有被子，衹有一張床單，後來才知道，睡覺時把櫃子裏的薄毛毯蓋在床單上面

Had a very comfortable stay. Comfortable room with clean bedding, fluffy pillows for a restful sleep and a beautiful view from the bedroom window. Friendly staff. Everyone is very nice. Had a satisfying experience. Highly recommended. ❤️

Very nice hotel .Stayed in a room with an excellent view of Kandy city, lake etc.stsff were very polite and helpful. Special mention to be made of the restrauant Manger who was kind enough to arrange for tasty vegetarian food for dinner and breakfast

The rooms are amazing, with fantastic views. The staff at this hotel are so friendly, kind, and attenative. We will defently be returning. Breakfast custom made for us and freshly made juice. Thanks for an amazing time.

We stayed at Oakray Heritage Hotel for our first wedding anniversary.they did a lovely bed decoration and room was clean.specially thanks goes to Mr.Sasada to arranged those arrangements. The view was superb. Our room was face to lake view with tooth relic temple.when we arrived to hotel Harry welcome us.He was a very helpful person.we can highly recommend about oakray heritage hotel.This hotel to temple of tooth relic only 10 minutes walking distance.

Visited Oakray heritage hotel with my family. Superb place to stay with comfortable rooms with a picturesque view, courteous service & delicious food. Hospitality from the hotel staff was excellent! I recommend Oakray heritage hotel to families visiting Kandy for a stay worth the money you spend!

Probably the best customer service. Value for money Staff is very friendly and helpful Specially the Manager Umanga helps you to arrange your travel in Kandy and your meals from one their restaurants Anyway Oakray is known for their customer service

Just what you dont want..... its old and require a lot more effort.... not sure why but no one was going the extra mile for customer delight... being a vegetarian i asked for some customizations.... it was done the first day... but not the second day.... okay.... room could be more cleaner... and no facilities.... i have stayed in another oak ray property- oak ray elephant lake resort... they were amazing.... so i had expectations with them... but they did not delivery well..... wont stay again... not value for money....
