406 is good , covers the entire view Nice location and Good stay It's located close to Mahabalipuram Beach access is not there You need to take your vehicle. Highlight is their bird house , where they hosts Macau and other birds. If you are lucky you can witness the birds speaking. Activities are not much. Small play area which will attract children less than 10 years Cycling is available Ducks are seen roaming. We liked the food..bit very slow service .

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are individual blocks with all the necessary pieces of furniture. It was an amazing place to be with family. The food served is great. The staff are helpful and humble. In total this is a great place to stay away from busy life. Dr.Rajani Balakrishnan [ Feb 2024]

An absolute Bliss, not a 4 star property...but i would choose this anyday over a commercial 4 star property. Only if you want to stay calm and enjoy peace with your near ones...this is the place. The Bird Aviary is the game changer and is an absolute attraction to adults and kids especially. The only point is, the pool should be allowed to be used untill 9PM or so, as it a perfect cozy place to relax.

Resort campus is excellent. It’s like right near gated colony with beautiful views inside. Rooms are average inside. Cons 1. No hot water to wash basin 2. Mosquitoes are plenty 3. No latch inside to lock room door so you may feel little worried, though property is secure 4. Food is not that great. Both taste and spread/choice Pros 4. Bird park is beautiful 5. Play area for kids is nice 6. Bike rides are good and also games

Fantastic place to stay. Staffs are very friendly, Rooms are very clean and neat. They are serving very delicious food. They have all variety of parrots in a big closed cage where they will be flying around. They are allowing us to go inside and feed them. It was fun. Overall we had wonderful stay

Pro's: - Well built and cozy rooms - swimming pools are a plus - in house restaurant serves yummy food - the bird aviary is a big boon if incase you've small kids,they seem to love it a lot Cons : - mosquito menace in the place, should place mosquito repellants within the rooms

Perfect for a family holiday. The resort site feels very relaxed and is very clean and well organised. Swimming pool was great and my children loved swimming here. The staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem and service was always quick and efficient. On site restaurant served a nice buffet breakfast and evening meal but was alsi open every minute of the day for menu orders which was amazing. Great value for a high level of service and accomadation. Good location to see shore temple and all the other sites of Mahabalipuran.

We liked the hotel, the food was excellent and rooms were very clean. it was a good experience. Very supportive staff. My son enjoyed playing badminton and cricket. They have the bird sanctuary in the hotel. Beautifully maintained Thank you we enjoyed it.

1.Lush green spaces makes it more attractive in the monsoon / winter season 2. Design of the resort is also outstanding 3.The resort is neither very big nor very small 4.It has been designed very well keeping in mind a family audience / kid friendly 5.Car parking is also spacious enough and definitely not an issue 6.Very nature friendly The negatives mentioned here aren't a reason for one to not go but just to be aware 1. Location is a bit remote - access to beaches can be only either through your car or an auto available on service 2. Restaurant can have more South Indian options esp for lunch / dinner
