The hotel's location is excellent, right between Omicho Market and Korinbo, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Plus, it's right next to the Daimaru department store. The hotel itself is very new, with spacious rooms and modern facilities. The staff are very welcoming, and it seems like most of the guests are Westerners.

This hotel was the best one throughout our trip. Having visited Kanazawa before, I knew all their hotels are basically on the same street, making the location extremely convenient for attractions and well-situated. So, I didn't choose the usual hotel but picked this one which seemed like a good value for money. And the check-in experience was absolutely perfect. It's been a while since I've experienced Japanese-style service, and their service here was quite good. Although it's not a traditional ryokan 'okami' service (where they unpack your bags), all their staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. The hotel is directly opposite Oyama Shrine, and you can walk through to Gyokusen-en Garden. We spent about 20 minutes exploring it in the morning. However, one thing to note is that linen changes and bathroom cleaning are subject to an additional charge. This might be something to consider for longer stays, but since we were only there for two days, it wasn't an issue. We booked a room with some basic kitchen utensils, so we were able to buy ingredients from the supermarket and make sukiyaki, which helped us balance our diet during the trip. The hotel is also very close to Omicho Market, making it convenient to buy fresh seafood and other groceries. For those on a shorter trip, cooking might not be necessary. Also, the hotel is quite new, and the room wasn't small, so it was very comfortable.

Friendly and courteous staff! Very helpful with organizing the luggage transfer to our next hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, easily walkable to all the main attractions and the best part is the washer/dryer in the room. Wish we stayed longer at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa!

Centrally located in Kanazawa, about a 7-8 minute walk from the main commercial area, and surrounded by convenience stores. The hotel seems quite popular and often fully booked. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the design is very well-thought-out and practical. The hotel offers air conditioning for heating, and the shower in the room is excellent with strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Unbeatable value for money! During the Chinese New Year, getting a 30-square-meter room with breakfast in the heart of Kanazawa for around 600 yuan a night was an amazing surprise. The room easily fit three beds, so a family of three didn't feel cramped at all. The bathroom facilities, including Refa and Toto, were incredibly comfortable.

The cleanliness wasn't as good as the hotel I stayed in the night before, but it was generally tidy and clean. The best surprise was that the front desk could provide a full set of kitchen utensils, so I could cook in the room, which was very practical and convenient – a definite bonus.

Hotel provides the washing machine and pack of detergent. The Kitchenette: includes an induction hob, microwave, and kettle. Being able to rent a rice cooker for free. Main road access, only nearby public parking.

Hotel located slightly apart from restaurant area, about 10 mins walk. However, it was so good that the hotel provides extra toothpaste, which usually comes with toothbrush, but sometimes your just need toothpaste! Free tea & coffee provided.

I was very satisfied; the room was spacious. The washing machine was very practical and came with detergent. It would have been perfect if disinfectant had also been provided! I booked a stay with breakfast, which was very affordable, and the breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Japanese options. The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location is excellent and easy to find. The room was clean. I booked it for my family, and they told me they were very satisfied. I'll consider staying here again next time I visit. We were in a hurry, so we didn't book breakfast.
