We loved staying at Amber. Because place, comfortable bed and big shower space, just perfect for families. We feel very welcomed and warm the whole time of our stay. The pool in our private villa could have been improved, the water is a bit unclean, also the garden next to the pool should improved, it was a bit messy in our room. We like our sunset boat trip, it added an extra special memories for our family especially our little girl.

I wouldn't recommend booking the pool suite, as the pool is really dirty. The water isn't circulating and it's full of dead bugs. I asked the butler to turn on the water circulation, but he just turned on the lights – he clearly had no idea what I was saying. The pool is basically just for show, so it's not worth spending extra money on. Unless you have cash to burn and just want it for aesthetics, of course.

This is the best hotel in kampot i’ve had ever been to, the service is great , staff is really helpful and friendly , especially is they have boat transfer from resort to the starbuck which is really convenient for me , will always come back ♥️

The environment was nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was very clean and the facilities were complete. The food was a bit lacking, with a limited selection. The service was excellent; they handled any issues promptly. I didn't try any of the hotel's complimentary entertainment options; I just wanted to relax and unwind. 😏

I was woken up by music around 4 AM, and it played gradually all morning, which really disrupted my sleep. The environment was okay, but the comfort level was lacking. The price of over 2000 yuan is definitely a bit high.

I had a satisfying vacation thanks to the facilities and friendly staff that were better than I expected. Although it was not large, I enjoyed swimming with my family in the private pool in the form of a pool villa. The resort was located next to the river, so the view was great, and the free activity of water bike was memorable, and the riverside bike ride was also an unforgettable experience.
