Emerald Residence - Kampot

The facilities are okay. The staff were not rude, but they were not very friendly or helpful. No one helped carry our luggage or showed us how to use the room key card or explained the room facilities, so the service could be improved. I booked a pool view room, but my room was not directly facing the pool. Instead, it was facing the reception area. This was okay, and I didn’t mind because the pool area can be noisy. The rooms are very close to each other, so it was quite noisy from the neighboring rooms, and I couldn’t sleep well.

It’s was my second time there , overall i don’t think i had a good experience as last time i visited . Staff asking us for fee just for a towel , and the bathroom is missing the small mirror which is not convenient for me .and the bathroom is not having the dry and wet separation which is really annoying because once you shower the water is got over the place . I don’t think i’ll come back again .

This hotel deserves 0 star rating. The electricity kept on cutting off during my stay and the staffs are not responsive. I tried contacting them while the electricity was cut off; no response, took no responsibility to call back or inform the guests. The security guard didn’t allow us to park our car, saying the spot is reserved for another guest. I already wasted my money and time staying in this hotel. I hope no other guests go to stay there to experience this same nightmare.

Comfortable beds big enough for 2 people, I was forgot to ask where’re they got the pillow so soft and comfortable to sleep after a long day meeting.

I had a great trip and really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.
