For what we needed, it was excellent.
I wasn’t looking for some luxury hotel setup. I needed a clean, practical and reliable place for my boxers to rest properly before and after competition. That was the main thing. Warm Nest did the job well.
Location was convenient enough for our team movement, food, transport and event logistics. The place was suitable for a small team/group stay, especially when you just need somewhere proper, comfortable and not complicated.
Would book again if we have another event around Nilai / Negeri Sembilan.

I recently stayed at a homestay in I SOHO @ i-City, Shah Alam, and overall it deserves a solid 4/5. The unit was clean, comfortable, and generally well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s great—right in the lively i-City area with easy access to shops and attractions.
Service was smooth, and the host responded promptly. Amenities were complete enough for a pleasant stay, from Wi-Fi to basic kitchen facilities.
However, I have to admit one thing: finding the unit was an adventure on its own. Even with the whatsapp guide, I still ended up circling the place more times than I’d like to admit. For younger, tech-savvy guests, it might be a breeze—but for someone around 50, it can get confusing fast. Honestly, if not for my child, I’d probably still be looking for the right block!
Homestay owner should provide the guide in PDF instead of cramping all the info in wasap.
Still, if you’re okay with a little “treasure hunt,” this place is worth it.

AAnonymous UserWell, the room itself was quite different from the photos. The overall layout was very simple, as it's a homestay. The bathroom came with shampoo and shower gel, and the kitchen had a sink, kettle, refrigerator, and ironing board. The beds weren't the two 1.9-meter beds mentioned when booking, but rather one 1.5-meter bed and two 1.2-meter beds. Because it's an apartment building, there's a 7-Eleven, a Chinese supermarket, a local 24-hour supermarket, as well as Chinese restaurants, ramen shops, local restaurants, Mixue Ice City, and Korean restaurants. Once you get familiar with the area, buying snacks and eating out is generally quite convenient. Finding the room was a bit of a hassle, as the specific building and floor address wasn't clearly marked. I contacted Ctrip customer service and added the shop on WeChat. They first asked for a deposit before providing me with the specific building, floor, room number, and key collection procedures. We were staying for a game at Nilai Stadium, so if you're traveling, consider this accordingly.

GGuest UserFor me, this is budget hotel. No food include but nearest with restaurant. I booked it for my convocation ceremony because it's near to my university. I stayed here twice and booked again because of services, staffs and locations is good . It takes 1 hour to them cleaned the room before we check in and we impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Thank you again.

Cciknur94I went to Nilai for my graduation ceremony because of the close distance to my university so I choose this hotel. good hotel with affordable price and also perfect location and easy for us to find this hotel.
Check in smooth and thanks to their staff even a late check in. Their staff is so friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and facilities were well-maintained.
