Not sure how the star in Trip.com work, found this hotel having 1 more star compare to the one i usually go, but in all aspect this one is worse.
with a queen size room, the room and toilet is almost excruciatingly small, dust and stain everywhere, especially on toilet wall. Toilet is so small that there is no place for u to shower, so when switch on the shower head, you either flushing toilet bowl and toilet paper, or flushing on sink.
Bed and blanket is very comfy, but aircon not really cooling even at the lowest set value, and noises from windows are loud.
No hair dryer in the room, not sure if can request from counter, i do not bother to go down to ask as i only staying for 1 night
Tablet is relatively small, and there is 1 PVC cable cover on the floor, so when using the table for work the chair they have will wobbler, or you sit at one corner at the table instead of middle of it.
Will not return for this price.
