My stay was a series of frustrations from start to finish. I specifically booked a corner room with a window and natural sunlight, but none of these requirements were met. I had to change rooms two times, which was very inconvenient.
Room & Maintenance Issues:
The maintenance in this hotel is unacceptable. In one room, the air conditioning had a leakage that dripped water directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep there. I eventually ended up in Room 0315, which had several other significant issues:
Security: The door lacked any secondary locking mechanism (like a latch or deadbolt) usually standard in hotels. Combined with high noise levels, I did not feel secure.
Amenities: The room ran out of body wash. I was so exhausted from dealing with the room moves that I didn't even bother calling the desk; I just went out and bought my own soap.
Lack of Service & Flexibility:
I am a student and had an exam starting at 9:00 AM ending at 12:00 PM. I requested a slightly late checkout (1:30 PM) and even offered to pay extra, but was flatly refused. Despite the many inconveniences the hotel caused me with leaky AC and multiple moves also no room service on day 2. I was forced to check out before 7:00 AM and carry all my belongings to my examination venue given my circumstances that day.
I regretted not taking any pictures of any of the rooms mentioned.
The steam iron works great though.
Also the room was very near to a water dispenser.
