The floors were spotless, the room was neat and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. A small tip/reminder on how to use the shower would be a nice touch. 😊

Ideal location for nearby university visitor. The hotel rooms were not well soundproofed. May that is not hotel problem, but I could clearly hear the China man in the next room talking loudly on the phone all night.🤦 The bathroom is good, clean & comfortable.

No toothbrushes or slippers were provided. Even for an extended stay, they didn't restock the water. The main issue was that half of the king-size bed was caved in. Plus, the road outside was really noisy at night with motorcycles revving.
