Good for our single night stay, was clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. I would recommend if you are looking to stay in Kamloops and need somewhere to spend a night or two. For the price it was good.

Was easy to get to and as was there for hospital was a 2 min. drive and able to see it across the street.

Breakfast was a small paper bag breakfast to be picked up from the front desk. I couldn't eat anythimg it had. It contained 1/2 a costco muffin, old soft apple, fruit yougot and a cardbox juice. All items were loaded with suger and apple was so old, it had black spots. It was not a contenental breakfast by any means.
Washroon sink was so small, you could barely was your hands; I have never seen any thing like that. Walls had writings....

"Renovated rooms" and "breakfast" were aspirational descriptors. The room was mostly clean, with quite a bit of built up crud in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast is a brown bag with half of a Costco muffin, yogurt, juice box and an apple. The location is right across from a large hospital leading to lots of sirens.

Being right across from the hospital with a crosswalk that beeped and talked when the lights changed was the biggest downfall for me as it made it hard to sleep.
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room was clean. Not a place I would want to stay more than 1 night. The neighborhood looked seedy & unsafe. The outside appearance leaves much to be desired.

This was just a stop over for us on the way to Calgary. The hotel was comfortable and had good facilities. The rooms could be considered by some as a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the shower ran hot, with basic toiletries provided as part of the room. The air conditioning unit was very welcome in August/September, however some would argue it was noisy. Breakfast as previously mentioned by others is a brown paper bag take out but this suited us fine and wasn’t a surprise.
