Close to the festival location, approximately 5-10 minutes away, and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The room is spacious, the room features a regular bath along with a “bath tub.” Besides, there's a mixed public bath, which is outdoors—I was truly amazed by it. I’ve reserved a room for four people.

The hotel have great staff and amenities, I would say it is a close to perfect traditional Japanese hotel experience, had deducted the service as they had ran out of bath clothes during my stay, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to the outdoor onsen.

The room was big and spacious, located near the Kurodake ropeway so location was great. But the hotel is a bit old. Surfaces in the room were dusty as well. The service staff who helped us was very nice though. He helped us to bring our baggage in as it was raining. There is a nice ramen shop that is a 5min walk away from the hotel.

Most staffs obviously unhelpful.
Especially those Front Desk non English speaking guys, tried to ask for help to make a local call because my mobile doesn’t work, a guy simply said “no English” then looked away. Google translated to another guy, he very reluctantly dialed the landline but talked in Japanese to blame us that can be easily noted from his tone and face expression.
A staff at breakfast bumped into me with his trolley but I was at the side of the corridor, he didn’t apologize and even shouted and pointed somewhere else to get out of his way.
Most likely it’s a self services hotel! You’ll have to you make your own futon beds, took out two mattresses from closet and arrange your bed sheets from scratch. No tea in room. Yukata needs to be picked up from the lobby not in room.
Stay at somewhere else is highly recommended.
