The alcoholic drinks at dinner time were substantial and good. Also, the free ramen and ochazuke were delicious. I would like to use it again.

It's really simple to check in with your ID. There is a shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel, there is a yukata area, welcome snacks, dinner is very rich, and the breakfast buffet is also delicious.

I wonder if this hotel doesn't provide bed-making service. This is my first time staying in a hot spring hotel and having to make my own bed. The meal we ordered was average in taste and small in portion The room is old-fashioned I probably won't come again next time😓

I stayed in a standard twin room, which originally had no shower room but only a toilet. However, the double room (one bed) has a shower room. Because the room was fully booked at the time, I booked two beds. Maybe the introduction on Trip.com was not correct. The picture of the hotel is clear or there is an error. I wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was full and could not change rooms. Haocai Hot Spring was very good. The portion of the dinner was small.

The facilities are older. You have to make your own mattresses. Bottled mineral water is not provided, but ice bars are provided for free after soaking in the hot springs.

Just got back from an awesome stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was fantastic—super chill and well-kept, making it feel really welcoming. My room was spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious, too, drinks are free! I looked forward to both breakfast and dinner every day. They also got a bar serving fee every night with live singing performance. Plus, the location is perfect if you're driving, with easy access to a bunch of fun spots. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back!
