The room was ok, I had expected a bedroom suite but received one large room.
The TV was located in a very odd place to be enjoyed by the bed or couch.

Well there was black muck in the toilet and a light was broken ! They also charged us tax on top of our hotels deal

Wonderful unit as far as size and having everything we needed! Front desk was very helpful and friendly(5 stars).
The only negative things I have to say are that the bed was poor.... No support and there needed to be done updates but it's a solid 8/10.

Arrived at 11:30 at night to check in. As we walked into the lobby area, we were immediately told that our room would not be available. The property had overbooked by 10 rooms and our room was one of them. Without looking us up, or confirming our reservation, we were just told we would have to leave since Residence Inn could not accommodate us. When I inquired about my payment for the room, I was assured that it would automatically be refunded. One week later, it has still not been refunded, and now I have to waste more time on this awful experience.

Under the circumstances, we booked a whole weekend but they ran into a water issue in the section we booked. So they booked us a free room for the night at theHampton Inn by the airport. It didn't have the amenities we needed but both hotels together helped us get what we needed to have. The gentleman at the front dest was amazing and furthered discounted our room beyond my military discount. The Residence Inn by Marriott exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you

Very clean,comfortable property that I recommend to anyone.It is the nicest place we have stayed on our 2 week driving trip.We loved that we were able to cook a dinner last night.The place offered a full kitchen with cook stove and fridge..

The first room they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke (later found a cigarette in the toilet) and there were several bugs present (two upon entering the room, one in the tub, and one in the kitchenette). The second room was better.

This was a very comfortable hotel and very close to the Air Zoo, and Bell's where we were able to see the band Sister Hazel.
