location is good. parking is good. water heater work well. the air conditioning is quite slow. there us no kettle or hot water in the room. at least provide one kettle for hot water for the visitor to nake a coffee: there is no counter all you need is self check in using the machine/ kiosk to check in. the machine will generate toom key from there privacy is second to none. lift need an access card to go to the upper floor overall everything is good

Everything berkarat. No doorlock. Means door lock broken. Cuma ada lock yang scan key card sahaja.

This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever been. The walkway is stink badly. Very bad smell at the corridor. Toilet or drain smell. No ventilation corridor. Room is in bad condition. Small bed. Bad condition mattress. Nothing in the room. You have to climb stairs to go to the toilet. The toilet is higher than your bed. 1st time in my life to see this type of room. No reception counter. No one is available for you. If you have problem. Only call. This hotel shouldn’t open for business at all. Should shut it down so that it will stop bad impressions about hoyel in Malaysia.

The fact that check-in and check-out were automated and went smoothly was a plus, but everything else was the worst I've ever experienced. The toilet and shower were broken and unusable, the air conditioning was either too weak or too strong and couldn't be adjusted, and the bed and pillows were as hard as rock, making for a very uncomfortable stay.

For this business trip and short getaway, I booked the Xincheng Hotel online on short notice. My initial thought was simply to find a hotel that was conveniently located, reasonably priced, and where I could get a good night's sleep. However, the overall experience exceeded my expectations by a significant margin, making it one of the most cost-effective hotels I've stayed at recently. So, I'm writing this review to share my experience and document my stay. 📍Location & Transportation First, the location is a huge plus. The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls. If you get hungry at night, you can easily find something to eat within a short walk, and there are also many delivery options. ✔ Easy to get a taxi/Grab ✔ Restaurants, snack shops, and cafes nearby ✔ Not remote at night, making it safer for women staying alone. Business travelers and tourists alike will find this convenient and hassle-free, avoiding unnecessary travel.
