The hotel's pool facilities and bedding, as well as welcome fruits, bring us a good living experience. But the unpleasant episode was that there was a large-scale check-in delay during the May Day holiday. When we went to check in at about 2:30, we were told that the room had not been cleaned and we needed to wait for an hour. There are also several guests around who are told the same content. Most shockingly, the female staff at the front desk was bluntly worded, and there was no sincerity to apologize and solve. After we resolutely negotiated, the front desk turned to give us a room first. This treatment is regrettable and unprofessional.
