春節旅遊定的，總體感覺非常不錯，中南大學門口，嶽麓山下，非常安靜，房間乾淨，服務態度很好，停車也方便，美中不足的是正值春節旅遊旺季，住店的旅客太多，服務人員少，早餐跟不上。以後再來長沙旅遊再住這裏

房間很一般，一股子臭腳丫味兒～客房服務態度也很差，很不耐煩的樣子，還有我網上預約發票都成功了，提示我到前台直接領取，但是前台還要我再重新填寫，説什麼要在本店填寫領取，網上沒用，前台工作狀態也很差，在那刷**，“更離譜的是我辦入住時工作人員在看手機，我把身份證給到她，她在那還看手機，這時來了一位男客人，説在**訂的，然後工作人員就在那一頓忙活，我也不知道忙活啥呢，最後差點把我倆開成一間房，還好我及時提醒！要不出大事兒了”
然後隔壁應該是ktv，聽得很清楚大半夜唱歌，體驗感太差，同等價格裏整體最差，洗漱用品就那麼甩給我一個牙刷，一次性拖鞋還要我自己去要～服務意識太差太差

裝修稍稍有些年代感，浴室雖不是很新但也收拾的乾淨。房間寬敞明亮江景很美，整體還是比較滿意的，早餐的包子是我一路吃過來最好吃的！應該手工現包的，贊！順便一提菜香根飯店清水魚好吃！
