Good value, close to the station. Fast and convenient service. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Paid parking wasn't available, but there were others nearby. Water and coffee were available at reception. The room wasn't very spacious. The only drawback was the noise from the rooms, hallways, and the avenue.

A good hotel with a good breakfast! The rooms are quite spacious, unlike many hotels in Japan. The hotel is very clean and located close to the station.

It was a great location, close to the shopping mall, train station, and everything we needed. Costco was also just a minute’s walk away. However, the customer service could be improved a little. Overall, the stay was average and fine.

I have stayed with this chain in the past, so I knew what to expect. The location is a little inconvenient if you're taking the train. You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

The staffs are very helpful

There are too few breakfast options, and the drinks don't even have fresh milk. The room is too small. The best thing is that the air conditioner can be set to cold or warm, but the bathtub is leaking, and my feet are soaked after washing because the slippers are too thin

My friends and I stayed in three single rooms for one night. The room was very clean and well-maintained. There was no hairbrush provided as an amenity, so I wish it was provided.

The location is good, close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it was great. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The hotel I booked for my driver's license test is quite convenient as it takes 25 minutes to walk to the Kadoma test center.

The breakfast area was small and close to the entrance, so it wasn't a great location.

It has to be smoke-free, otherwise when you wake up, your pajamas will smell like tobacco!
