Booked this two week trip sometime ago and have to say great value for money despite what other people may say ! at the end of the day a number of people were complaining about the food but dined in the restaurant morning noon and night and as you know if you’re a Turkey traveller it is very reasonable to eat out so I think a lot of people just like to moan … ( if you honestly think there is a lack of choice each day then I have no idea what some people must eat at home they must have choices of 60 + items per day ) As for the hotel itself …. The bar staff are excellent with an ok choice of Local brands and draft beer (other branded spirits and beers are chargeable ) The restaurant staff are excellent as are the cleaners etc. Clean towels and shower gels / shampoo daily 3 changes of bed linen in a fortnight and cheaper than most Turkish b and b’s or self catering . The very fact it is a transition hotel and has lots of people coming and going ( generally arriving late afternoon advocating early morning) on a regular basis means there are plenty of sunbeds, plenty of places to sit and a choice of two pools and a pier/jetty with cabanas …. The food is plentiful, morning noon and night, fresh salads,cooked meat, dips, choices of hot and cold dishes, cakes, fruit, multiple choices of bread and pide/pizza and water, coffee and drinks beer et cetera on tap all day . Nice reception and bar area. One or two things that may give the hotel a bit of a bad rep …is 1…the barber who never seems to charge the same price for what essentially is a Turkish haircut… most places in Turkey €4-€6 , Le Bleu barber €5/6/7 to €30!! 2.Tips came off pool cues and we never replace while we were there over a period of about 7/8 days. Also pay to play!!! 3.The entertainment team do a raffle and a bingo (£4:50 for 1 ticket) !! (good fun but) all lines and house prizes are pretty poor ie 10% off a massage or eyebrow trim. 10 minute massage, £1 box of Turkish delight !!!! The hotel is a great location with easy access to the sea and a small beach five minutes walk away are some nice bars (blu notte is excellent vfm and super clean )on ladies beach which is an easy stroll or £2 in a Taxi . All in all excellent value for money and a few tweaks needed.
