Ponz Hotel

Went to this hotel for a quite peaceful week needed a nice relaxing holiday we were having a few relaxing day until unfortunately a bus load of 8/9 year old boys and their teachers came to stay at the hotel for the weekend. They took over all sun beds and diving into the pool they were so noisy we had to leave the pool. So we went to reception and a young receptionist came to speak to us told us it was out of their control and their was nothing they could do about it. We asked for compensation as we had to leave the hotel but she wasn’t nice to us and told us to take it up with Loveholidays the crowd we booked with So before u decide to book this hotel make sure u ring them to check their bookings We had to leave at our own expense but i guarantee you I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing holidays. We heard from guests we met there that the boys were meant to be out most of Saturday but they were back by 2pm and took over the pool area again Never 👎 go back to that hotel again Management couldn’t care less about the customers. Shame on them

Would definitely not recommend this hotel, absolutely nothing in it for the guests also nothing like the reviews! Supposed to be a pool side bar and there is no such thing no atmosphere in the hotel and also was changed 50€ for getting make up on the pillow case as I was told it’s not mine to get make up on! Also my partner left a jacket in the wordrobe contacted them straight away and they said it was gone. Do not stay here if u want to enjoy your holiday ! IF we didn’t have the bar CHEERS across the road are holiday would have been a disaster thank god for good company also because this hotel is a disgrace

Nice room and that's about it!. Worst thing is brochure states non smoking hotel but that's a total lie! Ashtrays in the rooms and smoking at the restaurant tables whilst you eat! Food is all same every day. Only drink is tea coffee or water. Anything else you pay for. Upset and cross as booked hotel cos of no smoking policy but it's a total breach of the description in the brochure!

The location being so close to the beach was amazing. The staff are very helpful when you need anything they are happy to oblige. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels etc. Hoping the housekeeping staff got the tip I left for them. The lift was very slow and can only hold a certain weight capacity but with being on the 5th floor we had no choice but to wait for it. Wifi not so good. Please feed the dogs and be nice to them🐶

This hotel is basic. The property is in dire need of a refund. Cleaning needs some attention esp in the dinning and pool area.

Me and my family stayed here for a week in August, the pool area and rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. All facilities were great and couldn’t fault them. However, we booked for bed and breakfast but didn’t have breakfast once due to the awful smell of the kitchen/buffet area, it smelt horrid and put us of eating here. Apart from this we loved the room and pool area. Also visit the Cheers Bar opposite this hotel, amazing food and amazing service, by far the best restaurant in Kusadasi.

Accommodation was good, the apartment we had was poolside, which was great for the family. AC is a must, and very much appreciated during the hot months. Staff were always helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. Really enjoyed our stay I’m definitely go again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Room spacoius with balcony overlooking the pool. We were half board and did have the meal the first night, Wasn't a buffet style , very limited choice .. We didn't try the breakfast here either. Easy enough walk down to ladies beach. (2 mins walk) Fabulous friendly bar across the road (Cheers) serving beautiful food at a reasonable price. Would we stay again Yes Nice location and spotless clean and very accomadating staff

I have no complaints about the services of this hotel, good price, good services. Close to the beach, very comfortable beds, perfectly functional air conditioning, regular cleaning in the rooms, replacement of consumed products and changing of towels whenever necessary, kind, polite and smiling employees, fresh and sufficient food, clean and quiet pool, functional elevator, roof terrace to admire the sunset, close to the dolmus station and shops.
