The Grand Blue Sky International - All Inclusive

I would not give this hotel even 2 stars. At the time of check-in, the room was extremely miserable with a smell of chlorine that stings your nose as we discover the entire miserable hotel. The room is cleaned only if you insist a lot. We have been waiting for 4 hours for towels to be brought to the room. I can never put the children to sleep at lunch because of the noise made by the maids. Moreover, money was also stolen from our room. A great hotel, never to be recommended.

We’ve stayed between 13th and 20th of July. Our all-inclusive vacation was great. Food was delicious. The beach was fantastic. The pools were big enough and clean. Our room and the entire hotel was clean. Management and the staff were professionals and very kind. I strongly recommend this fantastic hotel. My family and I had fun.

I and my family came to the Grand Blue Sky. The food was wonderful. The garden is beautiful.That was the amaziest hotel. Every night the hotel make different shows from different countries. I will visit this hotel next year.

According to Coral Travel's offer, the hotel was to be a 5* hotel, locally 4*, renovated in 2022. Unfortunately, Coral Travel is either unaware that the hotel has not been renovated, or is deliberately misleading customers - the only renovated place is the lobby/reception. The buildings, rooms, equipment, cafeteria, swimming pools, none of it has been renovated recently. Room: The room we got on arrival was dirty (hair everywhere, dirty, wet floor in the bathroom, mold on the entire wall) - I asked the reception three times to clean it. Only the third time, after waiting 2 hours for cleaning and showing photos of the room, did we receive an offer to change the room to another one. The new room was cleaner, but still did not resemble rooms in a 5* or even 4* hotel. The fact that the room is large, has a minibar and a safe cannot be the only determinant of the number of stars - the furniture was very worn, both in the room and on the balcony, there was black mold on the wall in the bathroom, and the door lock in the new room broke 5 times and it was not the fault of the cards, as the technician suggested, but of the lock itself, which could squeak for an hour or more. The reception staff, despite my enormous patience and understanding, did not take our complaints seriously and I had to ask for help several times. Imagine trying to relax when, from time to time, at completely random moments of the day or night, the electronic door lock either stopped opening the door or beeped for several dozen minutes. The hotel's technical staff did not speak English at all, explaining to the technician what happened was very difficult and incredibly frustrating. Food: I really don't want to imagine how this hotel operates when it's fully booked, since at the end of the season they couldn't cope with anything. There were always glasses missing, and even when they were available, most of them were dirty. The tables were not cleaned regularly. In the middle of the first week, the juices ran out and were not refilled for the rest of the stay, leaving only 3 empty pourers. The same with diluted juices - only water flowed. During our 2-week stay, we were basically unable to eat a full hot meal. The food, although in bain-marie, was cold, or at best slightly warm. The food was not very tasty, not very diverse, basically the same every day and always cold. Unfortunately, the beautiful food photos presented in offer did not match reality. We were in Turkey during the season for pomegranates, melons and watermelons, and the 5* hotel served apples... A few times there was kiwi or plums. Despite the small number of guests, if you didn't come early to eat, you might not find anything. Food was not refilled, so if someone came, for example, at 1:30 p.m. for dinner (which w

The hotel is very beautiful! The rooms were nice and clean, staff were amazing, food was lush every meal, i had a full body massage and turkish bath on my first day and the 2 girls who did it for us were lovely! Special shout out to the animation team, mike and suloman, bringing the energy and laughter everyday without fail! Thankyou to all the staff!

It was a nice place to spend your Holiday . The animation team was amazing Specially Solo and Tendai. The food was not so good , the water was so cold in the pool and swimming wasn’t cool. The Italian restaurant was closed. The bar was good and the staff was very friendly. The gym didn’t have so much equipment and there was not mattresses for Yoga. The room was alright, but there was no toothbrush, no slippers in the bathroom and no shampoo. They cleaned the rooms every day. Also the services wasn’t U-all. There wasn’t food and drinks available all the times. And sometimes the food was cold. And most services were extra.(massage,bath,some drinks like Martini) In summary, if you want to compare it to 4 star hotels with All inclusive service, its perfect . But definitely not to 5 star U-all hotels .
