According to Coral Travel's offer, the hotel was to be a 5* hotel, locally 4*, renovated in 2022. Unfortunately, Coral Travel is either unaware that the hotel has not been renovated, or is deliberately misleading customers - the only renovated place is the lobby/reception. The buildings, rooms, equipment, cafeteria, swimming pools, none of it has been renovated recently. Room: The room we got on arrival was dirty (hair everywhere, dirty, wet floor in the bathroom, mold on the entire wall) - I asked the reception three times to clean it. Only the third time, after waiting 2 hours for cleaning and showing photos of the room, did we receive an offer to change the room to another one. The new room was cleaner, but still did not resemble rooms in a 5* or even 4* hotel. The fact that the room is large, has a minibar and a safe cannot be the only determinant of the number of stars - the furniture was very worn, both in the room and on the balcony, there was black mold on the wall in the bathroom, and the door lock in the new room broke 5 times and it was not the fault of the cards, as the technician suggested, but of the lock itself, which could squeak for an hour or more. The reception staff, despite my enormous patience and understanding, did not take our complaints seriously and I had to ask for help several times. Imagine trying to relax when, from time to time, at completely random moments of the day or night, the electronic door lock either stopped opening the door or beeped for several dozen minutes. The hotel's technical staff did not speak English at all, explaining to the technician what happened was very difficult and incredibly frustrating. Food: I really don't want to imagine how this hotel operates when it's fully booked, since at the end of the season they couldn't cope with anything. There were always glasses missing, and even when they were available, most of them were dirty. The tables were not cleaned regularly. In the middle of the first week, the juices ran out and were not refilled for the rest of the stay, leaving only 3 empty pourers. The same with diluted juices - only water flowed. During our 2-week stay, we were basically unable to eat a full hot meal. The food, although in bain-marie, was cold, or at best slightly warm. The food was not very tasty, not very diverse, basically the same every day and always cold. Unfortunately, the beautiful food photos presented in offer did not match reality. We were in Turkey during the season for pomegranates, melons and watermelons, and the 5* hotel served apples... A few times there was kiwi or plums.
