There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
