I have been in hotels for years and that was one of the worst. Another detail is the picture of the hotel's portrait that doesn't match the reality. I felt wrong! I don't recommend. The hotel is beautiful, clean rooms and bathrooms, the swimming pool area is very enjoyable to stay, good breakfast. Excellent hotel in the Ibis network! I was surprised by the quality of all service ! From check in to check out ! Impeccable cleaning , excellent breakfast , room with good beds, silent , good quality towels and shower ! I know several of the network and this hotel is the best I've ever stayed for the Accor network.

New hotel but needs a new painting, maintenance. The room was excellent, the bed and the shower were excellent, and there was tea, coffee and water for the courtesy. The ”restaurant” is tight and with the reception, which ends up generating a rug and a budget hotel. Breakfast is very tasty and complete. Free parking. It reminded me of the contemporary or ibis, a high daily value for a hotel of the category! But it is comfortable and cosy.

The reception staff and breakfast are good, but the cleaning service is very bad. I arrived around 6:00 in a bike trip, I was tired and I went to the room, in the halls of the rooms, next to the doors (oK), there were panels with dishes on the floor with food residues, the next day I went out at 12:00 and everything was still there. The shirts: the top and bottom shirts were all sticked as though they were used, a face towel in the bathroom was all screwed, I thought it was the floor cover, the smell of the horrible room, looked as dirty and with cleaning products. One thing, it disturbed me completely and the next day I went to another hotel. I didn't just go the same day because I didn't know the region and I was tired. Ah another thing, the carpets of the corridors are dirty too ...

As soon as I arrived, the boy who attended me did not seem to have a good day, not criticizing him pq I know how tiresome it is to attend people, but it was not very pleasant first. The air conditioning is not very strong, even a little noisy, but it refreshs enough. I woke up in the middle of the morning with another room making quite noise, the bathrooms seem to have some connection, as I could even hear the music of the other room. The place is pleasant and comfortable, surely would come back :)

The goal of our trip was to go to Hopi Hari. I wanted a good and nearby hotel. Intercity is about 20 minutes from the car park. When you arrive you have a positive image that is cleaning. It is essential for me. We were very welcomed by Ricardo, Elisa and John. We were in 5 and booked 2 apartments. Between were clean and were very spacious. We dined in the hotel and the food is good and it has good prices. Breakfast is excellent. Options for cakes, fruit, juices, tea, breads.... The coffee is very complete. One lady received us with great sympathy. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name. A love! The pool area is also good. That looks like recently retired and still lack some details. I missed sunguard.
