Room Number: 1128, 1129 Pros: - nice sea view - comfortable bed - separate bathtub and shower area - Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly) - decent size gym - breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room) - staff were friendly and proactive Cons - Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart - not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well. - pillow was way too soft - My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together. - Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided. - Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub - sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor

I've booked 2 rooms via trip.com. I've took pictures of the half eaten food and food debris strewn around the table. There was rat in the room - 2706. I've bought 2 'siew pow' for the my next morning pre-breakfast snack and left it on the table next to the TV but was eaten by rat(s). I've shown the pictures to your reception staff but was told that they will send the cleaner ro clean up the mess, a solution which did not address the issue. It's not the cleaning up we are concerned about but the frustration and minor loss we suffered. Also, seems like the room they let out was renovated halfway through with the wall not painted and floor laminates not properly sealed.

We had an early checked in for 1 room & got another slightly after 3pm. So we got to recharge ourselves & our kids had a great time in the bathtub. We had an extraordinary assistant by Mr Hafizi (receptionist) when we were having trouble in our grab food delivery. Breakfast buffet was delicious. If only can have more variety like roti canai, tosai, mee soto, laksa, chicken rice. Valet parking was excellent. Security did a great job. Keep it up. But should have standardised sheltered valet parking. Sheltered & non sheltered valet parking carry different prices. Main entrance to the lobby should have a ramp or slope to ease up the luggages movements. Gym doesn’t have treadmills, just heavy weights. Overall, nice place to stay in & safe for our family too. Thank you for having us. Will patronise again in the near future.

It's my very 3rd stay over here for our JB StayCation in Amari Johor Bahru together with my mum. This time round, we did a 3 Days & 2 Nights Stay as we felt that 2 Days & 1 Night is always not been enough for both of us. Our stay has always been very pleasant and great throughout. We have enjoyed the breakfast as per usual. Thank you for always making both my mum and myself very welcomed and warm during our stay. Do keep up the excellent service. Location and facilities were great but let down by the stench coming from the common toilet which cause the whole room to smell too. The Good:: - Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking. Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff) - Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors. - Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged - Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single. So it's misleading.

We been here for few times. This time when we checked in, we met Receptionist name, Ms Nor Ashikin. She's grumpy, not friendly and has no eye contact. When we ask questions she didn't give eye contact. We wanna to inform her that we book 2 different booking, one with Trip.com and the other booking is directly to the hotel, due to rooms available at trip.com. Through our explanation, she didn't give us any eye contact. We have to ask again what we need to do. With her eyes looking at the screen, she told us tomorrow come down again with the key. That's all, so the next day we meet Ms Natasha, she was so friendly and helpful. We found out that Ms Nor Ashikin missed out our requirements. Ms Natasha helped us up. For Ms Natasha I will give 5 star but for Nor Ashikin, I'll give one star. Overall we love our stay here and will definitely come back but we hope we won't come across Ms Nor Ashikin. Not only to us, she was very hostile towards other guests too. The management needs to do something about her hostile attitude towards the Guest especially.

We stayed at this hotel for a quick transit before going out to Legoland. The family room is looks new, modern furnished, and spacious enough for our family of 5 (2 adult, 3 children). It is quite far from the JB city center, but really close to Legoland (5-10 min taxi ride) and also the SG-JB 2nd Link. There are some supermarket arround the hotel and for breakfast, a delicious Nasi Lemak is just arround the corner. Very recommended hotel.

Great value for money when booking online.Hotel are huge and rooms are spacious.Cleanliness and housekeeping are tip top the best hotel I ever stayed.Staff are so friendly,helpful and always gave a fast respond.My upmost gratitudes to the receptionist counter.... Wonderful stay as always! We are very pleased with the room size, layout and bathtub. Scenery outside is great too, overlooking the sea. Albeit location is abit inconvenient given the construction works surrounding City Square and nearby. Shuttle takes a long time to arrive at destination given the traffic during peak hours.

Location is fantastic, just behind Komtar. Some of the reviews here from others are true. Can be a bit noisy if you are particular on this, but is acceptable for me. Wash basin drainage flow is slightly slow. Shower water is not warm enough. Aircon blows directly towards bed, but can be adjusted so that it does not blow on your face when you sleep. Cleanliness can be slightly better. Saw the review by others so I checked under the bed too (usually I don't do that) and indeed found some rubbish underneath. Room is rather small if you have a large luggage, but is ok for us with only a backpack. Would come back considering the location and price.

Our first time here. Room size was okay but standing shower was too small for plus size like me 😬 There's no iron and ironing board in the room. Only one sachet of coffee and longan tea given plus two bottles of water. Location was very convenient. Very good customer service from doormen to housekeeping staff. Good job. The deposit is high, RM200 per room eventho you've paid full in advance. Room was at the basement, i dont think there's access to the lobby unless u drive up. Everything need to ask hotel, i.e. Iron and iron board. Phone hotel was not working so had to use other room's phone to request. Toilet smells like peeeee. Otherwise all fine.

My husband and I so totally enjoyed our 3-night stay, very pleased to have discovered this lovely gem. Very well kept room and bathroom, clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall, the whole hotel was very clean. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful - from Reception, Housekeeping to Security. Thank you all , keep up the good service. We had a cute little room, enough for 2 of us, (like who goes on holiday to stay inside the hotel room?) Definitely recommend this Belllo Hotel anytime. The eateries outside adds to the charm of Malaysian lifestyle. Nice and convenient, plenty of choices ..... although some coffe-shops should consider a good cleanup.

For budget hotel, I considered this hotel is very good for its kind. Above my expectations. The room & toilet are very clean. Kuddos to cleaner teams. We stayed at 6th floor. With the price at RM88 (inc tax), we had a good basic needs as travellers (2 drinking bottles, 1 syampoo, 2 bar soaps, sanitary bags, toilet roll). Towels provided in the room. The rooms are a bit small, but its ok, still comfortable.

First X booking this apartment and was pretty satisfied. Everything was fantastic Eg. Detailed info provided by the property management company, well maintained and clean place which makes you feel like a home stay and even provide cooking facilities if you plan to cook, sufficient toiletries, high floor 34th level with nice view and many more . Thumbs up! Just 2 little things to feedback: 1. Toilet floor was kinda slippery. Will be good if can provide floor mat inside toilet as well. Only has one floor mat outside bathroom . The toilet with the bathtub was good. 2. Car gantry issue with the key card access 😂 but not a big problem thou . Host replied fast and managed to settle. When i reach hotel, staff told me there is no room for me and that the hotel is overbooked. He says he give to those who pay first and if i want i need to top up extra 60+rm to downgrade from double room to single bed twin room. What a horrible experience, i inform that my booking has been confirm and reserved and there is no excuse, i had to argue and make a big fuss with them before he decided to call his boss for assistance. At last, they decided to let me have my booking double room but not at this hotel but another hotel 2km away. The customer service at oyo booking.com is worse as well. I asked about the wifi at the room has it been fixed they said yes but when i went its still down, It has been down for months.

Really have to manage expectations because you pay for what you get even though location is superb. Not the best for a memorable stay but works alright for a last minute shelter or place to stay the night. Room door has quite a big gap below meaning noise and light from outside leaks through easily. Toilet was not cleaned properly but at least had good warm water for showering. No hair dryers as well, so warning to the ladies. However, service by counter personnel was good and were helpful in taking care of our luggage even after we checked out to go explore. Overall, will not recommend unless there is really no other options.

The place is quite convinient. Near the immigration. It is behind the zenith mall. Since we didnt take the room without wondows, we were staying at the basement. It is a no frill kind of room. Clean enough, the walls are a little bit thin, you can hear people showering but it is ok as it not so bad. Have some toiletries and towels which is really good. Towels are also provided and water as well. I would highly recommend this place for those staying for a night and are in a budget. If you have more room for spending, you can try the room with windows, it looks bigger and much more airy

This is the most disgusting hotel I've stayed! Such a waste since the location is perfect. Minutes away from shopping malls, custom and immigration and the night market. Have a stunning view of the causeway and Singapore especially in the evening. Back to the hotel. We arrived late after a long day. Staying just for a night. When we reached the lobby, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile but at the same time I noticed something is not right. The lobby were unorganised, looks old and smelly. But we'll, I have a very low expectations on this hotel with the room rate that I paid. Never mind, I just want a good rest. Check in process is pretty fast, about less than 5 minutes since everything is prepaid. This time again I felt something is not quite ordinary when the receptionist hand me the air-con remote control. Went to the lift which is next to the reception counter. The area is just like an old shopping mall lift, nothing like hotels lift landing. However the came pretty fast. Once enter the lift, I was so so suprise to see how dirty it was. The real nightmare began when we reach our floor which is on the 14th floor. The carpet along the corridor is supposed to be red in color but it's turn black because of too dirty and no maintainance. It's really disgusting these kind of conditions in the hotel vicinity! It's super super dirty and I don't even know the appropriate words to describe. Walk all the way to my room and I saw 1 major safety issue that the management failed to see. The window and the end on the corridor is widely open! Just imagine if children playing and climb on the window, the resulting be catastrophic! This is truly a super massive issue!!! Enter the room, the size is big with 1 king size and 1 single bed BUT, the condition is even worse than those super cheap B&B!!! Just take a look at the photo attached. It is super disgusting!!!! 1. The trash bin the washroom filled with water and rubbish!!! The floor is dirty with stain everywhere!!! 2. The stain in the bedroom is out of this world, I can't even describe how dirty it is. Let the photo speak for itself. I don't even dare to take off my shoe. 3. The sofa is suitable to be thrown away. 4. The mattress is as hard as brick!! Same goes to the pillow. I don't 100% blame the staff for this condition but rather the management fault. They failed to manage the property properly. I am very sure if Malaysia Hotel association, building safety inspector and ministry of health making a suprise inspection, this building will fail in all areas. My suggestion is, if the management felt that they unable to maintain this hotel, I think it is better to rent/lease or even sell the property to any proper hotel chain.

The one bedroom apartment was maintained just the way we last stayed: Spacious living area with l-shaped couch and basic kitchen amenties, comfy cosy bedroom with shower. Entire apartment was clean and really nothing to nit-pick about! On 33A level there's clean swimming pool overlooking City Square mall and its vicinity, as well as gym(a few machines was faulty though and cannot be utilised). Everyone in my group loved it. My kids loved it so much. Clean, spacious. We arrived late but they were very accommodating with the set up of the extra bed. My only gripe was there's no extra key card so while the kids were resting in the room, I had to ask for assistance from front desk to help me get into my room. N I ran alot of errands 😂 but the staff were very nice. Aircon wasn't very cold for a new hotel wish we could have increase the speed of the ceiling fan.

Stayed in superior queen room for two nights. Big receptionist at checkin was unfriendly and charged me RM10 more than stated from booking which is pennies but more for the principle. Room was relatively clean. Safe provided did not work. Kettle available in room. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The door separating neighbor provides no sound proof also can hear what goes on in hallway. A/C works well, no place to hang clothes, few channels tv, stained bed sheets, rainfall shower head only trickles, water temperature was difficult to calibrate, either scalding hot or cold.

This district is very convenient to walk to Singapore for work, close to the police station, You can see the photos I sent, it is all the same, there is no processing to change the beauty camera technology, so everyone can rest assured, there is no bathroom and room to put anything like soap, tea bags and no Guangquan water. And when the bed sleeps, it will make a sound under the bed. The heat of the bathroom water heater can be, and there is 1 and a half tissues. The rest are ok. This can be said to be a rental location.

It was about ５ minutes walk from JB Central, but I was lost and asked various people. The woman of the hotel staff was kind and the room was double without windows, but the shower was clean and the amenities were all in place and there was no shortage. The hot water was also saved. The hardness of the bed was just right and the bed was comfortable.

My husband and I so totally enjoyed our 3-night stay, very pleased to have discovered this lovely gem. Very well kept room and bathroom, clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall, the whole hotel was very clean. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful - from Reception, Housekeeping to Security. Thank you all , keep up the good service. We had a cute little room, enough for 2 of us, (like who goes on holiday to stay inside the hotel room?) Definitely recommend this Belllo Hotel anytime. The eateries outside adds to the charm of Malaysian lifestyle. Nice and convenient, plenty of choices ..... although some coffe-shops should consider a good cleanup.

Room Number: 1128, 1129 Pros: - nice sea view - comfortable bed - separate bathtub and shower area - Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly) - decent size gym - breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room) - staff were friendly and proactive Cons - Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart - not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well. - pillow was way too soft - My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together. - Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided. - Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub - sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor

Since the reclamation work of the strait in front of the hotel has begun, I wonder if high-rise condominiums and shopping malls will be built and this view will change.

First of all, the hotel is brand new. The hotel is very close to the JB city centre yet located in a very quiet surroundings. Secured indoor parking. The 2 Bedroom Suite is definitely worth every penny...extremely generous in space, a very functional kitchen, spacious dining area and living room. Would definitely come back with family & kids as they have a nice kids pool at level 5 with nice view of Johor straits & also Singapore!

Wonderful stay as always! We are very pleased with the room size, layout and bathtub. Scenery outside is great too, overlooking the sea. Albeit location is abit inconvenient given the construction works surrounding City Square and nearby. Shuttle takes a long time to arrive at destination given the traffic during peak hours.

My second stayed here and breakfast is included if booked directly online. The receptionist and staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are very complete. Room as per picture .. fast check in/out. Bed are very comfortable. Everything is worth and nice. 24-hrs Indian Muslim food just opposite the hotel. Perfect location. Nearby to Paradigm Mall & Sutera Mall JB. 5 stars facilities with 2 stars price. The room is cosy and very clean. Parking is limited but easy to find behind or surrounding the hotel. A decent buffet style breakfast consists of noodles/nasi lemak, sausages, nuggets, bread with jam & butter, half-boiled eggs, juices, coffee & tea. Better than what I expected. Definitely will stay in this hotel again for my next business trip here! I will return to this hotel for future stay. The location of the hotel is superb, just a ten minute walk away bars and restaurants a plenty, what makes it so special is the way they make you feel very welcome, from cleaning staff, and receptionists a really great team. However, you would be able to hear noise from the street. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer soundproof, suggest to booked the windowless room.

This hotel also serve free welcome drinks, 3 types of titbits, ice lemon tea, coffee up for grab totally free. This hotel definitely exceeded the level of service provided as a budget hotel. Also, I left my inhaler in the room when checkout and the housemaid brought it down and return it back to me. I strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation below 100.
