Very good location. Convenient. Apartment is spacious n just nice for us. Also very smart to provide us with some light entertainment.

The place is clean but it took a while for us to check in. When checking out, the lift was really packed with people. The building has 30-40 floors. Looks like everyone was checking out at the same time. Other than this, overall is good

Quite difficult to check in, everywhere need to use QR code. I’d have more cars also difficult.

I would not recommend staying at this property. It is very poorly maintained and did not meet my expectations. Although the Homestead staff were responsive whenever I reported issues, the overall condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Several pieces of furniture were broken, the microwave did not work, the shower had extremely low water pressure, and the bedroom was extremely dusty, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping. Even the towels were old and stained, which was disappointing and unhygienic. The swimming pool was also dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest mall, but getting there requires crossing a busy road without a traffic light or safe pedestrian crossing, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The biggest frustration was the delayed refund of the security deposit, which caused unnecessary inconvenience after checkout. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. It is poorly maintained and not worth the price.

The agent is very responsive and prompts in answering to queries which is very good. Homestay is clean and tidy, however there were cracks on the room floors, toilet light was hanging and out of the ceiling, toilet floor was slippery, would be good to have floor mat in the toilet to keep the toilet dry. Recommend to have dark coloured furnitures as we could see stains on the dining table chairs and sofa. Otherwise it was a relaxing and good stay as near to amenities and goid communication with agent! Tq

Apartment is well maintained and clean. Owner will request for S$60 deposit and promised to return within 48h after checkout. I checked out on 23 Dec 2025 but still yet to receive on 28 Dec 2025. I gave benefit of a doubt since it is still festive season. Let’s see if I get back my deposit?!

The room is very clean. Their bedroom host made effort to renovate the space. Despite the price being slightly higher, we are willing to pay for the cleanliness and feel of the apartment.
