The room and beds in NicerRoom are big. For those who are driving, it might be a bit difficult due to limited parking lot.

I had a very bad experience! The room had a strong moldy smell that I couldn’t tolerate for more than an hour, and my throat started to hurt, so I checked out immediately. There was no manager available to handle the situation, and I had to book another hotel right away. This was a waste of my time. I need a refund!

This hotel is very good as I came in at 2pm and was able to check-in even though the timing was 3pm

Breakfast was decent. Quite good location. Very clean and good service. Room was noisy because of the RTS construction. Price was heavily inflated because of SG’s national day holiday.

The location is walkable from ciq. The hotel room is cozy and does not give the hotel vibes, probably due to the wooden floors. the toilet could be better, toilet is abit small. The pillows are too soft hence it is difficult to slee well. However, Given the price of the room, it is affordable and worth it.

The room is small and looks relatively new with a smart TV in the room. However, toilet itself has low water pressure. Housekeeping can be improved, the following was noticed: 1. Used toothbrushes and missing toothpaste given instead of replacement of new ones 2. Missing complimentry coffee 3. The toilet roll was already half used, no new one provided too 4. Tissue was also left with few piece no new one provided too.

The hotel is new. The location of hotel quite near around 500 Metres from the custom of Johor. 10 min walk can reach city square and 5 mons walk to Princess Cove sea side. Supermarket, shops, food court, restaurants with various types food are nearby. The decoration is simple but stylish. The environment of hotel made me peaceful and comfortable. Room is clean and tidy. Air conditioning is very good. Facilities of room are adequate. The staff including front desk, cleaning worker and guard are polite and helpful. They always present smiling all over.

Better book somewhere else. The room feels suffocated. The bathroom is too small. The breakfast does not have many options. This place is not near to any attraction

second time stayed in this hotel. this time we brought the kids with us, so i booked family room type and turns out it was too big for us, suit for 6 people 😂 for parents who bring 2 kids (under 15y) you should book the Deluxe Twin instead Family room, because the bed in deluxe is big enough for 2 people and the room also spacious, but pls don't expect a view from ur window. anyway we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in there, very family friendly recommended hotel near JB sentral. thank you

Nice hotel but the room is similar to other hotel in CH with no air conditioning can be a little warm. Overall i have a nice stay here.

Room is big, two queen size bed. It can connecting to another room. Location is not so convinience. Have to walk quite a distance then can reach JB city square. Price is cheap.

Toilet is very very small and throughout the night there is an ongoing construction and soundproof is bad. But overall okay near to r&f mall and a supermarket.
