Pretty decent hotel. The location is amazing since it's in the Austin area. Infinite good food here. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast choices are decent, can surely be improved by having more choices. The decorations can too be improved, the hotel is blessed with too much space, thus this is something they can think hard on to fill in all the blanks. Else it looked empty and sad. Price wise and hotel room is good. Will still recommend this place mainly due to the amazing location.

No water bottles provided. Water dispenser is just besides the staircase on Level 2. Toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste & mini shower/shampoo bottles provided. Towels available. Coffee sachets provided. Room quite spacious. If you want to go to Tebrau IKEA and AEON. this is the right hotel as AEON is just behind with shortcut access through carpark. Why 4 stars for cleanliness? We can smell cigarette smoke in the room after check-in. And after seeing the cigarette tray on the desk, we realised that our room is the smoking type. I assume that all rooms are non-smoking type. Should remember to request for non-smoking roomin the future. Will stay again if need to go to AEON Tebrau.

4 of us checked into The Arden’s over the weekend for a 2 day trip in jb. We checked into the luxe king. There is a security to look over the outdoor car park, and front desk available 24/7. These are plus points. However, much can be improved for The Arden’s. The towel are all mouldy and yellowish, air con aren’t cold, and the bed sheets had stains and strands of hair left over from the previous guest (I believe). However the location is very convenient, but I am not willing to settle for a aircon that’s blowing warm air, so I don’t think I will be staying at The Arden’s till they re-renovate again. But still, thanks for the stay.

This was a staycation and we booked an executive twin with ‘2 large single beds’ as advertised, but the room was very small, so were the beds. Although rather well-appointed in terms of furnishings, there just isn’t quite enough space for 2 adults and a pre-teen child to roam. The tv is also smaller usual. There is no breakfast provided but the street that the hotel is located at has some options, but not where I would go for breakfast. The Mount Austin theme park is nearby, but if that’s where you’re heading, I’d assume you would like more space and comfort to chill out after an entire day of play.

First time staying at this hotel, the hotel location super convenience at the heart of Mount Austin and customer service wise is very good but the room is not up to the standard because no facial tissue, no disposable room slipper, no sanitary bag and I found stains on their towel. My boyfriend say the bed is soft and nice to sleep but abit disappointed on the cleanliness and toiletries guess I won’t be booking this hotel next round. Upon checkout the receptionist only told me that we need to request for facial tissue and they will only provide.

Choose to stay here because of a workshop nearby. Within walling distance and the midnight shift staff was very kind ensuring he would watch out for our car. Staffs are friendly and nice. There is a water station serving hot and cold water which is a bonus. Everything is as expected.

Very basic room. Small and no window. Worn looking furniture and toilet in a sad state. Worst thing was climbing 3 storeys up to the room so if you have luggage, please skip this hotel as it has no lift. Best thing about it was the location which is near to Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Ikea.

There are many places to eat near the hotel. Unfortunately, we booked a Superior Triple Room for 3 peoples, and it turned out to be a double bed + single bed, because the system did not record it. Asked to change the room, because the price of the room is different, they said that there is no room for rent. The attitude of the hotel staff is not friendly. Try to understand the reason, and finally say that if you don't want to check in, you can check out directly. So booking online and getting the wrong room is the fault of the hotel or trip.com.
