Water wasn't hot Shower head broken Low water pressure Bath drained very slowly so during "shower" one had to stand in 2cm deep luke warm water Most things in room seemed sticky to the touch. The breakfast was lovely.

My daughter wanted a venue where she could get ready for her Matric Dance and where she could take photos in a beautiful Roman themed venue. Villa Lugano was just that. Perfection. The location is safe and secure. 5-star service from checking in, communication and beautiful grounds for photos. The owners are friendly and welcoming. We absolutely enjoyed our experience.

The service was excellent, the staff is well mannered and professional. This guesthouse is clean and well taken care of and the owner is friendly.
