Absolutely beautiful place. Fantastic pool, gorgeous rooms and fantastic food. Would love to come back here and stay again. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Beautiful gardens to relax in at the end of the day. A wonderful place that I would highly recommend.

Excellent price- quality ratio and hospitality on a high level. Especially Balveer took care of our every need, from restaurant and sight recommendations to perfect on time laundry service. This hotel is very peaceful and has all the necessities

We loved this hotel, it is full of charm and character. Balveez was such a great host, he helped with our dinner reservations, guide and car services and everything was just perfect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Jodhpur.

Ratan Vilas is consistently a favourite place to stay in Jodhpur - Balveer - Duty ***ager is the most welcoming and helpful staff member. His knowledge of the Hotel, and of course Jodhpur is second to none - he effortlessly organises anything I need. Each staff member is courteous, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are delightful each with their own character and every little detail is perfect. The restaurant serves simple but very tasty food. Bar snacks are always available and even pool side - nothing is too much trouble.

We stayed in Ratan Vilas on our family vacation through Rajastan. The palace is a beautiful and tranquil place. If you are (like us) a bit overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of Indian cities you will be happy to enter this peaceful place to find some relaxation - particularly in the beautiful pool area. Compared to other Heritage Hotel it is more state of the art which is actually very convenient if everything works right away: Wifi, aircondition etc. We had beautifully decorated rooms with a fantastic garden and pool view. The dinner was set up with candle lights in the garden of the Hotel and if excellent quality. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful Hotel with very friendly and service-oriented staff. It is a hidden gem.

This place is amazing! We had beautiful rooms by the fantastic pool, all the staff were great especially the ***ager. The food was really good and we would love to come back some time soon. A very relaxing haven in the wonderful busy city of jodhpur.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights on our Indian adventure. For me, this was the best out of all the hotels we stayed in. It is an oasis of calm after busy days exploring the city. Everything about this hotel was excellent beautiful grounds, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful rooms tastefully furnished with a big bathroom. Dining on the terrace in the evening was very pleasurable with fantastic cuisine and outstanding service throughout. Breakfast on the terrace was again very enjoyable and good selection to choose from. Mr Balveer the ***ager was the perfect host with his excellent service which he brings to the hotel which he also gets from his team. Nothing was too much trouble for this gentle***, needed some currency changed done straight away at an excellent rate. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough, beautiful property and a fantastic staff team, with service second to none. A truly memorable stay.

Ratan Vilas is truly an oasis in the centre of Jodhpur. Our room.on the 1st floor overlooking the pool and garden was faultless. The marigolds and Bougainvillea add a beautiful sense of colour to the gardens that are immaculately maintained. The swimming pool is big and extremely welcome after a hot morning of sightseeing around the city. We had the pool to ourselves for the afternoon. The staff are very attentive.
