Location was very convenient, really xlose to the park entrance so you can avoid the traffic in the morning. Room was very comfortable and staff was really friendly. Also had option to book a jacuzzi session which was helpful after a whole day of walking. Amazing place, couldnt ask for better!

Very professional service, hotel staff is very mindful.
Cosy and clean room. Breakfast is good.
A little walk distance to Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. Very convenient.

Very friendly staff that accommodated to us even though we only arrived at 12am midnight! The room was also in a clean condition and the location of the hotel was very convenient to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area!

Perfect ideal for who visit Jiuzhaigou the location is very near only 7-10 mins from the park. The room is spacious. Only if you concern about privacy please book high floor

The hotel location is really good!! Very close to the park entrance. I would recommend you to stay this hotel so in the morning you can walk about 5 mins to the park, avoid the traffic jam in the morning. The staff are very very nice. They are very helpful. The room are clean. The hotel is very peaceful. The heater under the floor works well.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very closed to the national park. The room is clean and new. The bed is super cozy. I spent happy time with my family here.
However, the water shower temperature is not stable. It sometimes warm then turn cold and turn very hot. There is construction site next to the hotel so you can not open the window and curtain. However, they are not working during our vist.

This hotel is extremely close to the entrance of Jiuzhaikou scenic area, about 10 mins walk. But not easy to find when you first arrive Jiuzhaigou. The hotel entrance is very obscure!
Sad to say the customer service at reception is just average, a lack of enthusiasm to help customers! But it's not cheap to stay!
You can book to use its jacuzzi. There are 4 of them. It's Japanese toilet, but the bidet was not working!

very very good location directly beside the entrance to the scenic area and helped to avoid the morning jam heading to the scenic area.
service was good with the prompt wechat responses.
there’s free self laundry service and a hot tub as well. although it’s on the higher end but worth the price!
