JI Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Jiuzhai Avenue)

The hotel is easy to find, but be aware that the entrance is on a three-way, one-way street, so double-check your navigation. Parking in the back courtyard is limited, so you might need to use the outdoor underground parking lot. The hotel lobby is bright and clean, and the staff are welcoming. The room was tidy and hygienic, but the air conditioning wasn't very effective at cooling. I hope they can maintain and improve it.

Facilities: New and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Excellent, absolutely spotless. Environment: Very quiet. If you're driving, staying in the county town is a good option and not too inconvenient. Service: Fantastic! They even gave our child lots of little gifts. The breakfast was delicious, and one day there was even a cute little cat in the hotel lobby. They also recommended a delicious yak beef hotpot to us. My child now says they want to stay at all-season hotels from now on!

Excellent hotel, definitely the top choice if you're driving to Jiuzhaigou. It offers much better value for money compared to hotels right at the park entrance. Parking is convenient, breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. The facilities are brand new, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is located in Jiuzhaigou County, making it super easy to find, and parking is a breeze (I'd recommend the outdoor lot, it's more convenient than the underground one which is a bit of a walk). The staff were really welcoming at check-in. There's a shopping mall and a local market nearby, so shopping and finding restaurants are incredibly convenient. The heating in the room was excellent, it felt like summer inside, and the environment was very quiet. I'm definitely staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou.

This is by far the best Hanting Hotel I've stayed at in terms of service and breakfast. Service: They have security dedicated to moving cars around. Environment: Even during New Year's Day, they still offered a free upgrade to a business twin room. Cleanliness: Perfect score. Facilities: The underfloor heating was very warm, and there's a laundry room with a dryer. Breakfast: The breakfast was the most satisfying part, much better than the Hanting hotels in bigger cities. It's great for self-driving trips; it's about a 40-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the road conditions are excellent.

The staff here, both male and female, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us detailed recommendations for local attractions, how to best enjoy them, and even suggested nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and despite the slight issue with soundproofing at the door, it didn't affect our sleep – the overall environment was quite quiet. They even left us some candies in the room! The rice noodles at this Ji Hotel's breakfast were delicious, and you could add tofu pudding and a fried egg to them – so good! 😍 Plus, there's a card and mahjong room, a gym, and a laundry room. The parking lot isn't huge, but the attendant was very responsible, helping us rearrange parking spots daily based on our travel plans. The only downside is that you have to enter the hotel parking lot by driving against traffic at the intersection, which always made me a little nervous 🤣

The service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were all lovely. I left my pillow in the room, and they even brought it down for me. It wasn't noisy at night either. The only thing is I didn't get to try their breakfast, which I heard is quite good.

The lobby smells quite nice, and the hotel itself is very new. There's a bus station nearby. Unfortunately, it's in a small county town, so the view from the window is pretty typical of a county town. The location is a bit out of the way; it takes quite a while to get to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, so it's not recommended if you're not driving. However, if you're visiting the new Golden Snub-nosed Monkey Valley, this is definitely one of the best hotels around.

The hygiene could be improved, and the soundproofing isn't great, but everything else was okay.
