We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay. The hotel's proximity to the surrounding street and guesthouses may cause noise pollution from the outside environment and hallways. We will increase hallway patrols and provide additional soundproofing in guest rooms to minimize noise impact. Regarding the mold on the bathroom walls, we have immediately notified the cleaning department to conduct a thorough inspection and rectification, and to enhance the deep cleaning of guest room bathrooms. You booked the room in advance, but upon arrival, it had not been cleaned, and there were sticky stains on the floor. During the re-cleaning process, our staff lacked sincerity in their apology, and the cleaning work was perfunctory. We take all these issues very seriously. We have immediately optimized our room cleaning schedule, rationally allocating cleaning services according to guests' arrival times; we have strictly implemented a double-check system for hygiene, and at the same time, we have strengthened the service etiquette training for all staff, requiring them to proactively apologize for any mistakes and rectify the cleaning quality.
