This is the most enjoyable hotel on my trip. It opened for less than 2 months. Before, it was famous for Tibetan cuisine in the local area. Three children from Hangzhou started their own tents. This was an extremely memorable stay for us during our trip in Sichuan. The boss and his family and staff were patient, generous, and hospitable. The hotel grounds are very clean and reflects appreciation and respect for Tibetan culture. Our Mandarin language is limited and the boss took the time to use a translator for all communication. The simple breakfast is filling and the yak hotpot dinner is delicious. The boss offered us tea throughout our stay and was happy to talk to us at any time. The hotel is very close to the park entrance and they drove us to the entrance. When our flight was cancelled, the boss offered to take us to a nearby village as an activity. We are so happy we had the opportunity to stay at the hotel and have such a memorable experience!
