酒店就在馬路邊上，晚上車流量很少，睡覺安靜，酒店有電梯，酒店停車在地下車庫，進出停車場的車道很窄坡度較陡，很容易出事故，地面沒有停車場，停車不方便，周邊小吃店很少，早上沒地方吃早點，房間內被褥衞生情況良好，衞生間設施一般，早上出門時把房卡忘記了在房間裏，打了好幾個電話也沒人接，服務得改進。

位置佳，就在鴨溪加油站旁邊，酒店並排有一個商品比較齊全的超市，和鎮溪街道辦事處也隔的不遠，辦事處前連接人民路的巷道有一處人文景觀，來吉首旅遊，可以參觀一下老百姓仍棲居的自然出水水井，可以頤養靈感賦些詩文。
