The hotel is convenienty located with attached parking garage. Breakfast is nice with very good coffee. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Some minor points have been communicated directly (f.eg. shades in the 22nd floor breakfast area takes away the view..).

Cheap and cheerful, just over the road from a KTV and there's a great food market behind the hotel that's 1km long

Basement Car Park was unbearable, the stench of rotting animals and all sorts! there is an elevator that only goes to the B2 for car park, but staff do not explain this, staff also don't explain the breakfast is on the 22nd floor or explain much else in that matter. hotel is around 1 year old but it feels over 10 years old, taps falling apart, noisy drainage system and AC doesn't work very well. - would not stay here again.

The laundry detergent in the laundry room is too simple, and there is no functional laundry detergent such as sterilization. The gym may be newly renovated and the door smells a bit big, and only the treadmill is plugged in. Although the hotel is outside the commercial center with convenient transportation and shopping, the hotel entrance is a bit dirty, the ground parking space is garbage and no one handles it, and there are several walls that seem to have just been repaired and the decoration garbage is still there. The hotel hosted a wedding and shared the same passage with the guests, which made me feel too noisy. There were outsiders coming in and out and I felt unsafe. Various wedding props were also shared with guests in the elevator. Another thing was breakfast. Because the children got up too early and didn't eat properly, I asked for a takeaway box to take some food on the way, but I was told that I couldn't take it away and there was no takeaway box. In the end, I was given a plastic bag, and I'm not sure if it's food grade. Also, the TV can only watch cable TV, can't cast the screen, and there is no other video software. Although the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, added me on WeChat, and took the initiative to give a child's breakfast, I think I have to evaluate this stay truthfully and can't go against my conscience to give a good review! It's not directed at a certain hotel staff, I think it's a management problem.
