JI Hotel (Jinzhou Central Street)

The hotel is conveniently located close to the business district. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel, and there are many dining options and supermarkets nearby.

Drove to the hotel and it has an underground parking garage. I signed up for a membership when checking in and received a complimentary fruit platter. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is good too; it's not far to drive out for meals or sightseeing.

The wine list is in a great location, very close to the night market. The receptionist, Yang Fei, was very helpful; check-in was quick, and they even provided welcome fruit. I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and the room was very clean with excellent heating.

This is my first time writing a bad review for a hotel. The service was warm and welcoming, and all the facilities were new, but what's the point? I couldn't sleep at night, rendering the hotel's basic function meaningless. Starting at 9:00 PM, several male students were talking in the next room. I knew they were students because I could hear their entire conversation clearly. Their voices weren't actually very loud, but the hotel's soundproofing was terrible. Later, they ordered takeout and ate in their room, continuing until 11:30 PM without stopping. I quietly said through the wall, "Aren't you going to sleep? This hotel has terrible soundproofing, please stop talking." The students immediately stopped talking, but I still asked the hotel to change my room, because they couldn't possibly eat in complete silence. It was already midnight when I finally got to my new room. Why is the soundproofing at the Ji Hotel so bad? I looked through the hotel's reviews. Searching for "soundproofing," I found 48 complaints about the hotel's soundproofing. I checked the soundproofing design of the Ji Hotel on Tencent Yuanbao and found a description of its shortcomings in soundproofing. Here's an excerpt: "To maximize space utilization and construction efficiency, Ji Hotels generally use lightweight partition materials such as gypsum board and lightweight concrete. While these materials are low-cost and easy to install, their soundproofing performance is poor, especially against low-to-mid-frequency noise (such as voices and footsteps). In some guest rooms with adjacent layouts (such as beds placed against a partition wall), the soundproofing effect will further decrease. Ji Hotels positions itself in the mid-range market, and its renovation costs need to be cost-effective. To reduce expenses, compromises may be made on soundproofing materials (such as sound-absorbing felt and cotton) and workmanship (such as sealing walls to the ceiling), resulting in soundproofing performance below the standards of high-end hotels." It seems that staying in budget hotels, or mid-range hotels, requires a lot of patience. I'll remember to bring earmuffs next time I stay there.

這次出遊我們選擇的是錦州中央大街的全季酒店，之前也住過全季，這次入住感受很好，首先是前台服務人員很熱情，會問客人的特殊需求 有求必應。客房衞生情況也很好，免費停車，位置優越，旁邊二百米就是錦州最火的淩河夜市和古塔夜市，離北普陀山，遼瀋戰役紀念館，古塔公園等景點也很近，下次來還會選擇這家。

第一次住全季酒店比較驚喜國內為數不多的性價比方面可以和希爾頓掰掰手腕的連鎖店，服務熱情環境舒適，強烈推薦，隔音效果有點瑕疵我聽見隔壁打呼嚕瞭望能改善，離曉波燒烤很近步行可達

酒店就在中央大街附近，錦州南站過來20分鐘，距離淩河夜市5分鐘路程，服務很周到，有問必答！打車也方便，家人出行都選全季，很放心！

位置特別好住宿也有免費停車位哦，去景點都近，樓下走幾步就是錦綉商場樓下也好幾個超市樓下走幾步就是錦州淩河古塔夜市（雖然這次逛了沒吃），距離筆架山大約半小時吧，遼瀋戰役館十多分鐘能到，還去了趟阜新瑞應寺開車小時自己覺得也不遠（圖一紀念館 圖二圖三筆架山 這次帶公公看遼西大地黑土地 行程滿滿家人都很滿意 除了酒店直播電視台有時候沒信號不知道咋回事 別的都很好 早飯種類也比較豐富
