房間很大，物品擺放很整潔，衞生間尤其大，簡直不要太爽了。房間的床上和地上都很乾凈，還有投影儀，可以看電視。前台阿姨也特別好，説話也很温柔，服務也很熱情。周邊是美食一條街，好多好多吃的，很開心的一次行程。

房間很大，很敞亮，不會像有些酒店擺了很多沒必要的椅子板凳。性價比很高，設施都是新的，毛巾也是一次性的，類似於平時用的洗臉巾，考慮的很周到！滿分5分，給4.9分，那0.1怕老闆驕傲🤓

房間乾淨衞生，配備齊全，地理位置非常不錯，出行方便，離渤海大學特別近，旁邊就是小吃一條街，便利店隨處可見，酒店配備一次毛巾，老闆人很熱情，服務非常到位，停車也方便，，物美價廉，非常值得推薦。

非常好的一次住宿體驗！
老闆漂亮人又很好，房間很乾凈，一次性用品一應俱全，很少會碰到準備一次性香皂刮鬍刀和浴巾的酒店，對這個價格來説，真的做的非常貼心了。
而且房間安全性很好，如果有姐妹來一個人住也可以非常放心。
很喜歡這個床和大窗户，早上拉開窗簾，景色色很好，一天心情都很舒暢！

賓館在孩子大學附近，第一次是參考評價選擇入住，入住賓館後覺得自己的選擇非常正確。賓館附近是大學宿舍區和居民區，安靜又安全。賓館內部設施很新，乾淨整潔，毛巾香皂等洗漱用品都是一次性的。老闆娘熱情好客，服務很周到細心。孩子入學到現在每次來都選擇住這裏，有家的感覺。

還不錯哦，房間很乾凈，採光很好，簡約大氣，入住的是兩張單人床。
老闆很熱情，還幫着搬行李，唯一的缺點上樓台階很窄，有些陡，需要注意。
